Power of family court
Does family court have power to operate joint bank account (either of survival) of husband & wife (pension account)?
The Family Court cannot operate a joint bank account in the true sense of the word under any law. Nevertheless, through various precedents the judiciary of this nation has laid down that a family court can allot maintenance etc. to wife or children through an account jointly held by the family.
