Fake degree made
Fake degree is made not used ?? What action can be taken ??
A person making a fake degree can be charged for the offense of Forgery given under Section 464 of the Indian Penal Code and can be punished under Section 465 of the Indian Penal Code. If the concerned person had used the fake degree to gain some benefit then he could have been charged with the offense of cheating as given in Section 415 of the IPC and punished under Section 417 of the IPC.
