Sir, your promotion/bonus etc. depends on two things. Either your contract, which may guarantee an increment after a certain year of employment on grounds of seniority. You must analyse your contract to see if any such promotion or increment is guaranteed to you by your contract. Secondly it may also depend on a company’s performance appraisal regime. Again, you must check with your H.R. staff about your evaluation and if you did or did not qualify for a promotion etc.
