Consumer complaint notice

What should I write in the notice to be sent to a garment shop who is not returning my products, I want to proceed with the consumer complaint.

firstly the notice is to be issued by RPAD, secondly write all the details as when the agreement of sale or purchase took place, time, price product discription and when it was supposed to be delivered and the number of reminders or calls made for it and giving him 15 days time to fufill it failing which legal action will be taken as per law.

You can draft the notice yourself. Just mention the entire details of the purchase like product details, bill number, date, etc. Describe in detail your grevance and the remedy you are looking forward to. Also provide with a stipulated timeframe within which you expect a response from them else you will initiate legal action. Do not forget to attach copy of the bill of purchase.
