I'm planning on drafting a Power of Attorney document to delegate some powers to an agent. May I know what kind of powers can be delegated and what should be the essentials of such a document?

Answer 1

Any kind of power can be delegated to an agent through a Power of Attorney as long as it's legal. The essentials of a POA include complete details on the agent and principal, details on the power granted and registration.
