I bought iPhone 6s from Amazon. But the phone delivered is defective and has never switched ON. Amazon denied return/ replacement citing their policy and asked to go to apple store. At apple store they said we will get it repaired. Now my question is why should I accept a repaired phone after paying full money? I would have got repaired phone at half the price. Is there any law by which I can ask apple to replace the phone as I have price for new phone and not repaired one? Or can I file a case against apple in consumer court on this basis?
