Can any tenant legally occupy or claim ownership of Landlords property if they stays for large time period i.e., 15, 20 years ?

A tenant always remain a tenant. A long stay in tenanted premises does not confer any proprietary right to a tenant. So a tenant has no right to claim ownership only because he stayed for long time in tenanted premises.

no sir. if the papers of the property are in your name then no one, irrespective of the time of  physical possession, has the right to your property but you.
