Sir, I have purchased car from Metro Honda, Bowenpalli on 16th December 2017. Dealer told me that I will be provided January 2018 model, however after I received TR copy it was Jan 2017 model. Following day GM sales came to my house for explanation. I agreed. But after one year passed, it came to my knowledge from the staffs of same dealership that my warranty started before the purchase date 16 Dec 2017. It started on 29 sep 2017. I started asking for explanation and correction by sales team but they all are escalating the issue with different different explanations. I finally raised the complaint with Honda car india ltd customer service. HCIL customer service has also given up. Dealership has no intention of any compensation, explanation regarding the used status of car. They have given one year extended warranty for the lost period of 29th sep to 16th Dec 2017. Whether the dealer and HCIL can be brought under the Indian Law. Thanks, Ravikant Sharma
