legal case against Amazon

On 21 june we order a product on amazon.in and amaon.in give a estimate delivery date is 2 july and after 2 july they cancel my order automatic without my permission and give me reason these product is out of stock and trader cancel the order after 12 days we want to file claim on amazon.in we have confirmed order id mail,cancel mail and apologie mail from amazon plese help me sir we want to file claim on amazon.in they waste my 12 days ......

It may happen that due to some problem with stock, inventory and other reasons. You can login to the website and lodge a complaint with Amazon against the trader with whom you placed your order. If possible, they might deliver your product to you through a new seller or you can wait till that product is back in stock. 

Taking a legal action agaisnt them, might not be possible. Unfortunately, while undertaking online transactions, we simply give our consent without reading the terms and conditions governing us. In the User Agreement to Pay with Amazon, which we agree upon while buying from Amazon, has a Buyer Dispute Program under Rule 5. < https://paywithamazon.amazon.in/help/201612310>

This provision provides that if the buyer is unhappy with the product or the services then the buyer msut contact the seller immediately by the Buyer Dispue Program. This provision also provides that in case of any dispute between the buyer and the seller, Amazon, its agents or employees will not involved in any way in the the dispute and they will be released from any kind of responsibility. Therefore the best strategy will be to get in touch with the seller and try to get the product from him. It can be very difficult to file a case against Amazon.
