Sir/Madam, my phone lenovo a6010 got crack on the screen i got it repair from shop named oppo mobiles(mobilehut)just opposite to the changanassery muncipality,kottayam,kerala. That was a combo i.e touch screen and lcd display.i got the phone repaired on february 3rd 2017 when i got it i saw a crack on the repaired screen and when asked he said its nothing and asked me to bring it after 2 days.and i paid the amount rs 2300 on it.THE SHOPKEEPER DIDNT GIVE THE BILL AND WHEN I INSIST HE TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE GIVING THE SERVICE WITHOUT THE BILL.Later i find many problem with my phone and i happened to see that the screen was actually got cracked .I showed it to the shopkeeper and he puts all the blame on me for that crack and told me that they wont take the responsibility for the crack in the screen.I NEED AN ADVICE ON THIS MATTER ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DONT GIVE THE SERVICE BILL. WHAT ACTION CAN I TAKE ON THIS MATTER AND IS THERE ANY LEGAL PROTECTION FOR ME AS A CONSUMER?
