Cheated by consultancy on the promise of giving a job

Hi sir, I am cheated by consultancy which name is genic communication its a Coimbatore based consultancy they said ur selected for HR executive role we provide one month training with stipend and we will arrange job in our clients company for that you have to pay 10000 for security deposit.... After 3 month in working our clients company we will return this money ....so I paid money and joined after 10 days they said the consultancy staff her name is Sathya got sick so classes are leave for 2 days so we wait 2 days after 2 days we assembled in front of class still office not opend and they stick notice on office board again for 2 days leave....we wait in front office and we make calls to the lady sathya her no is switch off and MD Akbar not ready to speak in front of students what problems going on their managements and he give fake rescue..... after 2 days he start to sent legal notice to all students they provided training and the never said they will arrange job...so ur training is over and u paid for that like....but we attend only 10 days training per day 1 hours..... After we feel we are cheated so we launched complaint on them but still there is no information regarding complaints from police side also....can u plz help me how I make it complaint on them and get back my money not only my money for 200 students who cheated

You can file a criminal case for cheating against her or a case in the consumer forum. You must try to identify the name and the address of the parties involved. Try to ascertain the same by the communication exchanged between you and the other party. Check if the address or details of the party or any of the person involved is mentioned anywhere in the communication sent to you.
