Case of cheating against Company

i have got a job in slk company bangalore,they took money from college and give some jobs .soame are not given.can i file a cheating case and cause of defamation on them

Hi

You did the right thing by filing a cheating case (420 IPC),

You should also add clauses like Criminal breach of trust  to strengthen your criminal case.

Please note that you are also entitled to claim financial compensation from SLK company by filing a civil suit for  

a) Loss of income and 

b) Hardship and stress.

Dear Friend,

1. You can file a cheating case against the said person but your saying you have got job. If you are intending to file complaint on behalf of your friend then it is better ask him only to file such complaint.

you can file cheating case if you have proof that they have taken money from anybody and not provided a job. 

Proof inlcludes bank transactions, cheque payment or any other proof that payments were made to the company claiming to provide jobs
