Cancellation of Gift Deed

I GRAND FATHER HAD GIFTED PROPERTY TO ME BUT MY UNCLE TRYING TO CANCEL THE GIFT DEED IS IT POSSIBLE

No…gift deed if registered can not be cancelled. 

Please see Section 126 of Transfer of Property Act 1882.

No, gift once given and registered can not be cancelled. See Section 126 of Transfer of property Act ,

Your uncle can not cancel the Gift Deed. 

Your uncle can file suit for cancellation of gift deed on the grounds that the gift deed was taken by fraud, coercioun or undue advantage etc. or your grandfather was not of sound mind etc.

No…  registered gift deed cannot be canceled. (Please see Section 126 of Transfer of Property Act 1882)

You or Your uncle can not cancel the Gift Deed But can file suit for cancellation of gift deed  In court on the grounds that the gift deed was taken by fraud but you have to proof it
