Breach of agreement

An agreement to sale was executed in 2012 with the condition that proposed buyer will repaid the loan within five years upto 31/3/2017. The proposed buyer fail to re pay the loan. Now they have file false criminal and civil case for pressurizing. They are also having good contact in district court, ghaziabad. what is the legal remedy for eviction without going district court, as they are unsocial people and life threat. I want to directly approach allahabd high court, will it possible. Pls guide me

Firstly you have to defend yourself against their litigation ,next you can file case for your remedies even simultaneously ,now you say some bias in gaziabad court ,you have to approach the high court for transfer of the case to any other district court of UP but the transfer can be done on some specific allegations and not by merely saying so ,rest you need a legal help of an advocate , pl consult the near by lawyer for the same ,you can call for any telephonic consultation to me any time on my mob number
